How do I eject all my drives at once?
Click the Ejectify icon in your menu bar and choose Eject All. Every removable volume unmounts at once, and Ejectify confirms when it's safe to pull the cable.
Can I eject just one drive?
Yes. Every connected volume is listed by name in the menu — click the one you want to eject and leave the rest mounted.
How does Auto Eject work?
Auto Eject is the Premium feature. Pick a delay from 15 minutes up to 12 hours; Ejectify shows a live countdown and unmounts everything when the timer fires — great for backups and long file transfers.
Is Ejectify free?
Yes. Ejecting all drives, ejecting individual drives, and live detection are free. Only the Auto-Eject timer requires a one-time Premium purchase — no subscription.
Does Ejectify collect any of my data?
No. There's no account, no tracking, and no dock icon. Ejectify does one thing and never collects your data.
A drive won't eject — what now?
Another app may still be using the disk. Quit apps that have files open on it (including Finder previews and Spotlight indexing), then try again. Still stuck? Send us a message below.
